Frequently Asked Questions
Questions We Hear Regularly
What does a pension record review actually cover?
We examine the pension records held in your name — cross-referencing them with your employment history documents and Social Security Office data. We then prepare a written note explaining what we found, whether the figures appear correct, and what (if any) follow-up may be worthwhile. The meeting is quiet and unhurried.
How long does the correction support process typically take?
Most correction matters resolve within one to two months from the point we submit the formal request. Timing depends on how the relevant office responds and whether additional documentation is needed. We keep you informed at every stage, so there are no long gaps of silence.
What does full pension representation involve?
We take on the full file — preparing documents, attending hearings or administrative proceedings, managing correspondence, and keeping you informed throughout. This service is suited to cases that have become complex or contentious. At the conclusion, we prepare a closing report summarising what happened and the outcome reached.
Are my personal records kept confidential?
Absolutely. We treat client records and personal information with full professional discretion. Details discussed in meetings or shared with us in writing are not shared with third parties except where required by law or authorised by you.
What do I need to bring to the first meeting?
Bring whatever documents you have — past pay slips, Social Security Office letters, employer correspondences, or any records you have received about your pension. Even incomplete paperwork gives us a useful starting point. We can advise you during the meeting on what additional documents may help.
Do you work with non-Thai nationals living in Bangkok?
Yes. We work with Thai nationals and foreign nationals who have pension contributions recorded under the Thai Social Security system. Our office communicates in English throughout for non-Thai-speaking clients.
Are your fees fixed, or can they change during a matter?
The fees listed for each service are fixed to the defined scope. If a matter grows beyond that scope — for example, if a correction case becomes significantly more complex — we will discuss any change with you before proceeding. We do not alter fees without informing you in advance.
