Client Reviews
In Their Own Words
Pratheep Nonthaburi
Bangkok — Retired civil engineer
I had been uncertain about my pension records for a few years but did not know how to approach it. The record review was straightforward — the lawyer explained clearly what was there and what was not. The written note I received afterwards has been useful several times since. Nothing about the process felt rushed.

Sunisa Rattanakorn
Bangkok — Former account manager
The correction support service handled a contribution gap from my mid-career period — a period where I had changed employers twice in eighteen months. The process took about six weeks. Updates came regularly without me having to ask, which I appreciated. The fee was as stated from the beginning.

Michael Kowalski
Bangkok (expat) — Technical director
As a non-Thai speaker, I was concerned about understanding the process. Everything was handled in English, from the first meeting through to the final written note. The lawyer was direct and honest — including about the parts of the matter she could not change. That honesty was valuable.

Wipawan Phukao
Bangkok — Schoolteacher, recently retired
My situation required full representation — a calculation dispute that had gone on for over a year before I contacted Suvarna Law. The process was lengthy, but I was kept informed throughout. The closing report at the end gave me a clear written record of what had happened and the outcome. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Anchisa Thipmanee
Bangkok — Logistics coordinator
I started with a record review and then moved on to correction support once we understood what needed to be fixed. The transition between the two services was explained clearly, and I chose to proceed only after I understood what was involved. The second phase took about five weeks and ended with the correction confirmed.

James Lim
Bangkok (expat) — Retail manager
The record review identified a gap I was not aware of — three months of contributions that were never recorded. The outcome was not what I had hoped for, but the explanation was clear and I now understand my situation fully. I appreciated that they did not overstate what was possible.

Case Studies
Three Matters in Detail
These summaries describe the type of situation, the service provided, and the outcome — without identifying the individuals involved.
Case Study 01 — Record Review → Correction Support
The Situation
A client in their early 60s approached us after noticing their Social Security statement showed fewer contribution years than they had expected based on their working history. Three employers from the 1990s were either absent from the record or showed contribution amounts significantly lower than their salary would have suggested.
What We Did
We began with a record review to confirm the gaps and identify which were correctable. Of three identified discrepancies, two were addressable through formal submission. We prepared and submitted correction requests for both, managing the correspondence over approximately eight weeks.
Outcome
Both submissions were accepted. The corrected record reflected an additional contribution period of two years and four months. The third discrepancy, as identified in the review, could not be corrected due to missing employer records — the client was informed of this clearly at the outset.
"I knew something was wrong but did not know how to address it. The review gave me a clear starting point, and the correction process was handled without fuss."
Case Study 02 — Full Pension Representation
The Situation
A client had an ongoing dispute with their former employer regarding the pension contributions paid during the final years of employment. The former employer disputed the applicable contribution rate, and an initial informal approach had produced no resolution over approximately fourteen months.
What We Did
We took on the full file and prepared a formal submission to the Labour Court's administrative division. This involved gathering employment records, reviewing the contribution history, and preparing a detailed account of the discrepancy. The process extended over approximately seven months.
Outcome
A determination was made in the client's favour on the primary point. A closing report was prepared summarising the proceedings, the determination, and the updated contribution record. The client received a copy of all documentation submitted and produced during the matter.
"The process was long, but I always knew what stage we were at. The closing report was something I had not expected — it is genuinely useful to have a complete written record."
