How We Approach Every Matter

Before any work begins, we establish what the matter involves and which service is appropriate. We do not move from one tier to another without discussion. If a pension record review reveals something that warrants a correction submission, we explain that finding, outline the additional service, and let the client decide how to proceed.

This step-by-step model is deliberate. It means clients are never drawn into a process larger than they need — and it means we have a clear understanding of what we are doing before we commit to doing it.

1

Initial Consultation

A first meeting to understand the situation. No charge. We assess which service, if any, is appropriate and explain the scope and cost clearly.

2

Scope Agreement

We confirm the service, the fee, and the expected timeframe in writing before proceeding. Nothing begins without this.

3

Active Work with Updates

We carry out the agreed service and update the client at regular intervals. Written notes are provided after key steps.

4

Completion and Written Summary

At the conclusion, we deliver a written note of findings or a closing report, depending on the service type.

How We Handle Every File

Confidentiality

Client records and personal information are stored securely. Only staff directly working on a matter have access. We comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act.

Written Records

All meetings, submissions, and significant developments are documented in writing. Clients receive notes at key points. Nothing significant goes undocumented.

Regular Updates

Active matters receive fortnightly updates as standard. Clients should not have to ask for news — we provide it proactively.

Fixed-Fee Commitment

The stated fee applies to the defined scope. Any change in scope is discussed before additional cost is incurred. No billing surprises.

English Service

Non-Thai-speaking clients receive all communications in English throughout their matter — meetings, notes, updates, and correspondence.

Bar Registration

All lawyers are registered members of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and maintain full professional standing in accordance with its code of conduct.
